Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

Mission

Through instruction in accounting, finance, marketing, operations, and international business combined with biblical and theological disciplines to provide tools necessary for students to obtain the ability to understand business climate, start and run their own business with Christian values.

Objectives

Students who successfully complete the B.B.A. curriculum will:
  1. Demonstrate basic knowledge of the Bible and evangelical Christian theology.
  2. Be able to integrate their business education with basic Christian faith and theology.
  3. Have basic skills to start and run their own business.
  4. Foster the necessary ability to develop and expand their business.
  5. Understand various legal regulations and duties for business operation through real field experiences such as Business Research Course, Cooperative Education Programs, and Business Practicum.
  6. Be able to practice their business based upon Christian ethics and values.

Graduation Requirements

  1. B.B.A. students must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 120 credits: GeneralEducation (36 credits), biblical studies (30 credits), major requirements (42 credits), and major electives (12 credits).
  2. A cumulative grade point average of C (2.0) must be maintained.
  3. Students must satisfactorily pass the graduation exams: Essay Test and Capstone course (Business Research).
  4. Students fulfill the community service in order to learn ministry formation.

Master of Business Admistration

The degree of Master of Business Administration, which attracts people from a wide range of academic disciplines, is designed for the professionals who want to further their knowledge and career potential in today’s dynamic and competitive business climate.

Mission

To provide students with higher level of training for business management and entrepreneurial strategies.

Objectives

Students who successfully complete the M.B.A. curriculum will:
  1. Demonstrate ability to analyze and assess the contemporary business climate and come up with effective entrepreneurial strategies for business venture.
  2. Have deeper knowledge of marketing strategies.
  3. Be able to comprehend and utilize information technology and e-business.
  4. Develop the necessary skills in accounting, finance, operations and human resource management through real field experiences such as Business Research Course, Cooperative Education Programs, and Business Practicum.
  5. Demonstrate ability to integrate business and faith in practice.

Graduation Requirements

  1. M.B.A. students must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 48 credits: Students must satisfactorily complete the major requirements (33 credits), business electives (12 credits)*, and general elective (3 credits).
  2. A cumulative grade point average of B- (2.5) must be maintained.
  3. M.B.A. students must satisfactorily pass the graduation exams: Capstone course (Research Project).
