How to Send Files to WUV Office

  • Posted by Jaclyn Shin
  • Date October 8, 2020

If you need to send files including sensitive, private, or personal information you can easily do so through My WUV.

Login to My WUV and then click “Files” on the left-hand side. Next, click “Send to Office.”

On this page, you will see three parts to fill out. The first part is to select which office you want to send your file to. You can send to the Admissions, Registrar, DSO, Student Account, or IT Tech Support office. Make sure to select the most appropriate office for your type of file.

Next, select your file by clicking “Choose File” next to the “File” part. You may also drag and drop your file to this area.

Finally, fill out a description so the office knows what your file is about and why you are sending it.

Once you have filled out all three parts, click the blue “Send” button.

A final confirmation window will pop up so you can review the file submission details once more. If you are satisfied with everything, click the red “Confirm” button.

Once you click “Confirm,” you will see a green confirmation saying “File Sent.”

To review files you have sent and to check the status of sent files, select “Files” on the left-hand menu and then click “Sent History.”

Here, you will see a list of all your sent files and the details of the submission (timestamp, office, file name, file size, status, and description).

The status can be either “Processing,” “Complete,” or “Canceled.”
